Fair Worker - Multiple Positions
SUMMER JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Hourly Wage: $15.05
HAVE A BLAST WORKING FOR THE FAIR!
JOBS LISTED BELOW WILL REQUIRE HOURS JULY 22 - 27, 2025.
(There will be required training days in late June or early July.)
Greet patrons at the Lane County Fair admission gates! Must be friendly and able to work an Electronic Scanner or Point-of-Sale system (training will be provided).
Requirements:
- Schedule: Hours and schedules may vary. Both morning and afternoon shifts available.
- Ability to verbally communicate calmly and effectively with the public.
- Cash handling experience a plus.
- Friendly, upbeat personalities!
Provides friendly and efficient assistance to visitors, vendors, and staff. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, handling registrations or ticketing, managing lost-and-found inquiries, and coordinating with event teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Cash handling experience.
- Friendly, upbeat personalities!
Help us set up, maintain and keep the Fair sparkling while it is in full swing! These individuals will help with setting equipment, picking up garbage, barn upkeep, janitorial work, landscaping, and more!
Requirements:
- Schedule: Hours and schedules may vary. Both day and night shifts available.
- These roles may offer hours multiple weeks prior to the start of Fair.
- Hardworking, positive attitudes and willingness to help in all areas.
- Work involves lifting, walking, standing, and/or bending for extended periods of time.
- REQUIRED - Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
*These positions are non-represented*
*Extra Help employees may work up to a maximum of 520 hours per fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the current Fiscal year.
