Waste Management Recycling -Glenwood
Lane County Waste Management Seeks Extra Help Employees - $18.04/hour.
About the Position
Successful candidates perform general light manual labor, including assisting customers in the recycling area; operating cardboard compactor; site cleanup and maintenance (operating a push mower and weed eater), and helping to divert and monitor traffic at the Glenwood transfer site.WASTE MANAGEMENT:
The Division of Waste Management oversees the management of solid recycling and solid waste in Lane County. The Division’s mission is to provide, safe, responsible and economical recycling and disposal services, while respecting the environment and the communities it serves.
Schedule: The schedule will be “as needed” – any day between Monday through Sunday – with a possible emphasis on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

*Extra Help employees may work up to a maximum of 520 hours per fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
